Meditation
The practice of meditation has been with humanity since the beginning of time but is now used primarily to:-

 

I have often found that some people I have met believe that meditation is difficult and have therefore never tried it.

I find that I am often advising clients and students to find time for themselves, the ‘me’ time that comes with the love of self.  We are all so good at finding time for others, but find it so difficult to find say 30 minutes a day for ourselves without feeling guilty.

Meditation is for me, an act of self love.  It is that time when the telephone is switched off, the door is locked and the family know not to disturb me.  It is my time!

This is the time when all stresses and strains of the mind and body are removed leaving you feeling bright eyed and bushy tailed and ready to face the world.

Meditation is the key to so many things, but not least of all it keeps the mind and body healthy as it works to activate the natural healing energies within us.

This one day experiental workshop will leave you meditating with ease, choosing your own style of meditation and using the tools to take you deeper and deeper into meditation.
